Coriander & Mint Chutney

 


Ingredients

For Mint Chutney

1 cup roughly chopped coriander

1/2 cup roughly chopped mint leaves

2 green chillies, roughly chopped (you increase or decrease the quantity )

1 tsp lemon juice:

1 tsp roughly chopped ginger

1 tsp sugar&  salt to taste

5 spoon fresh yoghurt , whisked

 

 

Method

For Mint chutney

1.      To make Mint chutney, combine all the ingredients, except the yoghurt and blend in a blender to a smooth paste using a little water.

2.      Transfer the chutney to a bowl, add the curds and mix well.

3.      Refrigerate the Mint chutney till 3 days and use as required.
